🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 200g pork shoulder or pork belly (sliced thinly)
- 1/2 onion (sliced)
- 1 stalk green onion (sliced diagonally)
- 1 green chili (optional, for extra spice)
- 2 servings of steamed rice
For the Marinade:
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean red chili flakes)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp sesame oil
🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Pork
- Slice the pork into thin strips (about 0.5 cm thick).
- Slice the onion, green onion, and green chili (if using) for garnish.
2️⃣ Make the Marinade
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, sugar, and minced garlic together.
- Add the water and sesame oil to create the marinade.
3️⃣ Cook the Pork
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and green onion and sauté until the onions become translucent.
